This site is intentionally simple: no advertising trackers, behavioral profiles, account system, cookies, or server-side contact database.
Information you choose to send
The contact form validates information in your browser and prepares an email in your device’s email application. The website itself does not transmit or store the form contents. If you send the email, the message will be processed by the email providers involved and retained according to the applicable mailbox settings.
Assessment calculator
The assessment sends eleven numeric answers to the Techsentra scoring service to calculate an immediate recommendation. The service does not request contact details, retain the answers, create a lead, or submit anything to an agent or opportunity pipeline. Standard hosting logs may still record the request metadata described below.
Website assistant
The first-party Techsentra AI receptionist sends the visitor’s message, up to six recent chat turns, and the current public page path to a configured model provider to generate a reply. Techsentra does not intentionally persist chat contents, use them to create leads, or allow the receptionist to access tools, accounts, private systems, or take actions. The optional “Email this handoff” control creates a draft in the visitor’s email application from recent chat turns; nothing is sent unless the visitor reviews and sends that email. The model provider may process requests under its own service terms. Do not submit passwords, API keys, customer records, regulated data, or other sensitive information.
Hosting logs
A production web host may record standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, response code, and browser user agent for security and reliability. Techsentra will configure retention as narrowly as practical once the production host is selected.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the site does not set cookies and does not load advertising, analytics, third-party chat widgets, third-party video players, external fonts, or social tracking scripts. The overview video and assistant interface are first-party website assets.
Service engagements
If you become a client, project information will be governed by the agreement, scope, security practices, and any applicable data-processing terms for that engagement. This public website notice is not a substitute for those project-specific terms.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information Techsentra holds from an email exchange, request a correction, or request deletion where retention is not required for security, legal, or contractual reasons.
Privacy frameworks
The site is designed around data-minimization and transparency principles that can support privacy obligations such as PIPEDA, state privacy laws, or GDPR. Applicability depends on where the business operates and whose data is processed; this page does not claim legal certification.
